Afterwards, went to go and see a friend, which always lifts the spirit :=) Then biked to the other side of Geneva for a business related errand, then back to the lakeside at Bains Des Paquis (my favorite spot ever!), and stayed there until evening, reading and studying (and a good dose of sunbathing too!). On the way out, there was a live jazz band playing on a little floating stage on the lake, so stayed a while to enjoy, and bumped into a friend (who I also bumped into randomly in the gym this morning, too!) and caught up :=)
Today was the first day I really craved and even thought about 'eating' something, other than raw milk - 2 weeks in. I'm really craving chicken and wild salmon and protein actually, which is funny as I'm getting enough in grams from the amount of milk I'm drinking, but maybe it's also the chew factor! But I can't change the 20L raw milk order that I'll be going to pick up tomorrow, and I would like to keep going until my next endocrinology tests on the 16th, which will probably fit perfectly with the 20L. From there, I'll see what will be best.
I think I'm going to sleep "outside" on the balcony again tonight (so wild!;) - so nice it's warm enough to do so now (although I have slept out there in winter, too!), and I feel more connected with the natural rhythms of the Earth and my environment too - and I just love seeing the stars in the sky!
