Yesterday = Day Off
I picked up the raw milk order of 16L anyway, but decided to take that day off, and then restart the next day. So yesterday throughout the day, I ate (super ripe and delicious) white figs, a small slice of raw Tomme cumin cheese, around 2 tbs of organic tahini (recently started trying this out again, after having gone without nuts/seeds for nearly 2 years due to autoimmune), some Sicilian cherry tomatoes, cherries, and 1/2 cantaloupe melon. The issue with my specific and completely mystifying digestive issues is that any food kind of creates problems at the moment, so I wouldn't say that it would have been better than just continuing with raw milk. I felt awful during the day to be honest, but in the evening, I actually felt relatively really good - so the fluctuations can be quite intense within a day!
My teeth do not hurt at all, and are feeling much healthier - which is a great general sign as teeth are also a microcosmic reflection of the systemic health of the body. This is a huge difference to just before starting where my teeth would be painful with even the softest of foods. Even when I was eating figs and fruit this day, I didn't feel the slightest sensitivity.
Back on the raw milk train: Day 15 *continued
Tomorrow I start work at 7:55am, which means getting out to bike there at 7am - a time I'm a but apprehensive about, considering that I'm not that good with early mornings at the moment (coming from someone who used to get up at 4:30am everyday)! I also finish at 7pm, so it will be a long day, but will be taking raw milk with me, and will be drawing on my inner Superwoman :=D
