Even went to the gym today - twice!! The second time was more by coincidence, as my code didn't work (but snuck in with someone else anyway in the morning hehe) and their office hours where only open from 5pm, so when I went back in the evening, I thought why not have another session since I'm there anyway :P Did a full body workout, to hit all major muscle groups, as I haven't been in a while! Bench press (55kg 5x5), shoulder press (30kg 3x8), as well as a 24kg kettlebell circuit of goblet squats combined with kb press, kb deadlifts, and my beloved kettle bell swings (that I haven't done in AGES because they - and any jumping movement - where so uncomfortable with the constant stomach pain, but today I felt good enough, so that is progress!). Also did a fair amount of mobility. Feels good! It's amazing how it lifts my mood, too.
Only thing is that I forgot to track my weight at the gym! I'm so not used to it hehe so I'll have to remind myself for tomorrow.
Drank 4L of raw milk today. Started drinking around 1pm, before that just had the green powder in water, and a shot of silica, plus water. I didn't have any milk after 6pm actually, as then I went to the gym and when I came back it was 8pm already, so I decided to stick to my principle of not drinking milk past 7/8pm as I feel better, and I had already had enough anyway :=) The only thing that isn't going as well is the getting to sleep thing! It's already nearly midnight, so I better get on that! ;=)
