Not so black and white... An alternative view on the evils of meat
I think it is extremely important for the consumer to understand, so that not only can we make a more informed choice on what we buy and consume, but so that we can support production that benefits the Planet and our health.
The fact that many people are going, or stay, vegan because of the "facts" of environmental cost of meat and the ethics surrounding it, I think demystifying these claims can help break down the black-and-white barriers that can lead to black-and-white thinking, getting stuck in labels and attaching to a superficial sense of moral high ground.
